It's just an ideal dish for lazy color lovers like myself.
Before making it I always go for a quick little peek in mrs.Bazek Alim's recipe just to make sure i did not forget some herb:)

Quiet weekend

One of the nicest things about this *never ending* winter was gathering with the family and making (or taking photos of) delicious food.
The main dish over this weekend was homemade Pelmeni.We usually buy frozen Pelmeni in the Russian delis and they taste great, but making them by yourself turns the whole process into a lovely ceremony where we chat, laugh and make jokes about the "sculptural Pelmeni abilities" of each other.

I'm waiting

for the winter to already end.

I find it difficult to post photos in a non chronological order. It feels wrong, as if i was messing up with my inner clock.

Grandpa says

that lunch without potatos can't be considered as real lunch.
(it's a of joke about Belarusian people, don't bother, just enjoy the photos:)
